Ribbon cutting ceremony for the opening of NASA and The University of Texas at El Paso Center for Space Exploration Technology Research (cSETR) at UTEP’s College of Engineering.
On Thursday, Sept. 6, NASA and The University of Texas at El Paso, or UTEP, opens the Center for Space Exploration Technology Research, or cSETR, a NASA University Research Center, or URC, funded from the NASA Office of Education, located at UTEP’s College of Engineering.
