E-mail support: The NASA Explorer Schools e-mail address is
nasa-explorer-schools@mail.nasa.gov. The e-mail account is monitored from Monday through Friday during normal business hours, excluding federal holidays.
Toll-free telephone support: For help or information about any aspect of the NES project, registered participants have direct toll-free telephone access to NES staff during normal business hours (8 a.m. to 8 p.m. Eastern) from Monday through Friday. During off hours and federal government holidays, questions go to voice mail for response on the next business day.
