    Container, Vial with an ampoule with lyophilized cultures, Tube with biosample vials, Temperature data logger.

    Operational Protocols

    Produce a clone collection of producer strain with heritable deviations in HbsAg gen expression level. Perform a genetic analysis and restriction mapping of plasmids and mutant clones.
