    Description

    Acquisition of data on an atomic structure of biomolecules of glycoproteins E1-E2 of the maximum high resolution to produce effective and safe vaccines of a new generation and develop new antiviral preparations and diagnostic systems.

    Test of the crystallization process, production of crystals of glycoproteins E1-E2 analogs of alpha viruses in microgravity conditions to make the subseauent ground roentgenodiffraction analysis.

    Operational Requirements

    Kriogem-03M Refrigerator to maintain proper temperature while onboard, Reusable Heat-insulated container with cold accumulator TVK-M, Maintain proper temperature while returning the crystals to the Earth, CPCF Module to grow the protein crystals in orbit and deliver to Earth, Activation Device to activate crystal growth process.
