An unpiloted Progress 17 supply vehicle departs from the International Space Station at 4:16 p.m. EDT on June 15, 2005, carrying its load of trash and unneeded equipment to be deorbited and burned up in Earth's atmosphere. The undocking cleared the way for the arrival of Progress 18, which launched June 16 and docked with the Station on June 18.
