NASA Administrator Charles Bolden shares his elation during an interview for NASA Television at the launch viewing site for the Expedition 21 liftoff at the Baikonur Launch Complex in Kazakhstan. A NASA astronaut, a Russian cosmonaut and a spaceflight participant from the private sector had just successfully launched into space aboard a Soyuz spacecraft to join up with a group of astronauts and cosmonauts aboard the Intentional Space Station.
