| ISS015-E-21907 (11 Aug. 2007) --- Astronaut Rick Mastracchio, STS-118 mission specialist, uses a digital camera to expose a photo of his helmet visor during the mission's first planned session of extravehicular activity (EVA) as construction continues on the International Space Station. Also visible in the reflections in the visor are various components of the station and the docked Space Shuttle Endeavour. During the 6-hour, 17-minute spacewalk Mastracchio and Canadian Space Agency's astronaut Dave Williams (out of frame), mission specialist, attached the Starboard 5 (S5) segment of the station's truss, retracted the forward heat-rejecting radiator from the station's Port 6 (P6) truss, and performed several get-ahead tasks. | |
