Endeavour Departs Kennedy
At the Shuttle Landing Facility at NASA's Kennedy Space Center in Florida, a pathfinder aircraft, in the foreground, leads NASA's Shuttle Carrier Aircraft with space shuttle Endeavour toward the runway. The SCA took off at 7:22 a.m. EDT, beginning Endeavour's ferry flight to California. This is the final ferry flight scheduled in the Space Shuttle Program era.
