EVA crewmembers and HST engineers practice handling the replacement low voltage power supply board (LVPS-2) with the STIS Card Extraction/Insertion Tool (CEIT). The EVA crewmembers will use the CEIT to remove the failed LVPS-2 from the STIS instrument and install the new card during a first-ever in-space instrument repair.
