Probing Titan's Surface West of Huygens
07.24.07

Cassini successfully completed a flyby of Titan on July 19. Observations included bistatic scattering just to the west of the Huygens probe landing site. Bistatic scattering is a type of radio science observation used to determine the nature and composition of Titan's surface.
