A reporter from Fox News interviews Apollo 17 astronaut Harrison "Jack" Schmitt at NASA's Goddard Space Flight Center on June 3 in this photograph. Schmitt, the second-to-last person to set foot on the moon, was interviewed as part of a program being compiled to commemorate the 40th anniversary of the Apollo 11 landing this July.

During his visit, Schmitt met with members of the Lunar Reconnaissance Orbiter team and signed autographs. In the photograph below, Schmitt stands at center. At far right is LRO Project Manager Craig Tooley. To the left of Schmitt is Project Scientist Dr. Richard Vondrak.
