Training and Development of Small Business in Advanced Technologies (TADSBAT-I) is a basic course designed to provide insight into the NASA acquisition "culture." The course offers linkage to management strategies and proposal- evaluation procedures, as well as programmatic approaches for successfully competing in NASA's technical aerospace arena. "This course is a must for any small business to break into NASA" said Ralph C. Thomas III, NASA's Associate Administrator for Small and Disadvantaged Business Utilization.
