NASA TO PARTICIPATE AT CONGRESSIONAL BLACK CAUCUS' ANNUAL EVENT

     NASA will join the Congressional Black Caucus at the Caucus' 
29th Annual Legislative Conference Sept. 15-17, 1999, in 
Washington, DC. NASA will participate in several events, 
including:  NASA aeronautics exhibit featuring NASA astronauts; 
Education video presentation, "The Underground Railroad through 
Math, Science and Technology;" a presentation by NASA 
Administrator Daniel S. Goldin highlighting NASA's Private-Public
