ITEM 1:  NEAR EARTH ASTEROID RENDEZVOUS (NEAR) MISSION 
         EROS FLY-BY VIDEO (replay)

     Close-up views of asteroid Eros taken from NEAR 
spacecraft as it flew by Eros at distance of 2320-7150 miles 
from surface in late December.
