NASA AWARDS INSTITUTIONAL CONTRACT TO CUBE CORP.

     CUBE Corp., Sterling, VA, has been awarded a contract to 
provide institutional services at the NASA Goddard Space 
Flight Center's Wallops Flight Facility, Wallops Island, VA.

The pact is a performance-based, cost-plus-incentive-fee, 
award-term contract. The total contract value is $156.6 
million over a possible 10-year period. An additional sum of 
up to $60 million in task orders may be awarded during the 
life of the contract. 

The work is to be performed at the Wallops Flight Facility 
and various off-site worldwide locations in support of 
Wallops projects. The contractor will provide the Wallops 
Flight Facility with all institutional services that support 
NASA, the Navy and other Wallops tenants and partners. 

Institutional services include, but are not limited to, 
janitorial service, security, facility maintenance, fire 
protection and grounds maintenance.
