NASA Plans Update to Discuss Station Lab Report

WASHINGTON -- NASA has scheduled a media teleconference for Monday, June 25, at 2 p.m. EDT to discuss a plan to use the U.S. segment of the International Space Station as a national laboratory. In late May, NASA sent Congress a report that outlined possible partnerships with other government agencies and private companies to conduct research aboard the station. The report will be posted on the Internet at 9 a.m., June 25, at:

The briefing participants are:
- Bill Gerstenmaier, associate administrator, Space Operations
