NASA Announces Results From Exploration Strategy Workshop

Findings and recommendations from NASA's Exploration Strategy Workshop will be presented to media during a teleconference at 2 p.m. EDT on Friday, April 28.

The purpose of the invitation-only workshop, which concludes on Friday, is to integrate common interests and objectives of the participants into a comprehensive plan for exploration to the moon, Mars and beyond.

Reporters must call Dolores Beasley or Michael Braukus by noon Monday, April 24, for participation information.

Briefing participants include:
- Shana Dale, NASA Deputy Administrator
- Doug Cooke, Deputy Associate Administrator, NASA's Exploration Systems Mission Directorate, Washington
- Laurie Lesin, Director of Sciences and Exploration at NASA's Goddard Space Flight Center, Greenbelt, Md.
