NASA Hosts Media Roundtable

NASA Administrator Sean O'Keefe will outline the role of African Americans in the agency's Vision for Space Exploration in Washington Thursday from 1:00 to 2:00 p.m. EDT.

Astronaut Joan Higginbotham will join the Administrator. NASA selected Higginbotham as an astronaut candidate in April 1996. She is assigned to STS-117 as a Mission Specialist.
