NASA Hosts Premier Washington Business Conference

NASA's Office of Small and Disadvantaged Business Utilization (OSDBU) is hosting the agency's Ninth Annual Mentor-Protégé Conference in the Hamilton Crowne Plaza Hotel, Washington, December 1. The conference attracts small, disadvantaged businesses (SDBs) as well as Fortune 500 companies from across the country.

The Mentor-Protégé Program is NASA's premier technical and business development initiative designed to provide SDBs with high-tech subcontracting opportunities for agency contracts.

NASA's Assistant Administrator for OSDBU, Ralph Thomas III, will meet with the media at 1 p.m. EST, Wednesday, Dec. 1 in the hotel's Sphinx Ballroom. To participate in the conference and media availability, reporters should contact Marta Metelko at: 202/358-1642, by noon EST, Tuesday.
