The Moon to Mars Commission will provide a 3-camera switched feed 
available via an audio and video DA on site. The feed is also 
available from NASA TV on AMC-9, transponder 9C, C-Band, located at 
85 degrees west longitude. The frequency is 3880.0 MHz. Polarization 
is vertical, and audio is monaural at 6.80 MHz. 

Television crews with appropriate media credentials will be allowed 
limited access during the public hearing to shoot cutaways. 
Television crews with appropriate media credentials may attend the 
press briefing following the public hearing. Lighting and audio mult 
will be provided. Stand-ups and interviews are permitted in the 
auditorium during the hearing.

Video, slide and PowerPoint presentations released at the public 
hearing will be re-fed via on site audio and video DA on request
