NASA Administrator Sean O'Keefe Press Conference Scheduled
NASA Administrator Sean O'Keefe will meet with the news media Friday at 10:00 a.m. EST. The press conference is in the NASA Headquarters auditorium, 300 E Street S.W., Washington. Administrator O'Keefe will discuss his recently announced departure from NASA, the Vision for Space Exploration, Return to Flight, International Space Station operations and other agency topics.
The press conference will be carried live on NASA TV. It will run approximately one hour. News media at selected NASA centers will also be able to ask questions.
NASA TV is available on the Web and via satellite in the continental U.S. on AMC-6, Transponder 9C, C-Band, at 72 degrees west longitude. The frequency is 3880.0 MHz. Polarization is vertical, and audio is monaural at 6.80 MHz. In Alaska and Hawaii, NASA TV is available on AMC-7, Transponder 18C, C-Band, at 137 degrees west longitude. The frequency is 4060.0 MHz. Polarization is vertical, and audio is monaural at 6.80 MHz.
