Space Station Crew Talks Turkey

The International Space Station crew, Michael Foale and Alexander Kaleri, will send holiday greetings to Earth and discuss their plans for celebrating Thanksgiving Day at 12 noon EST, Wednesday on NASA TV.

Foale, Expedition 8 Commander and NASA Station Science Officer, and Station Flight Engineer Kaleri have been on board the orbiting research complex since Oct. 20. They will be the fifth crew to observe Thanksgiving on board the Station. Foale and Kaleri will spend six-and-a-half months on the Station.

Their holiday message airs during the NASA TV Video File at 12 noon, 3 p.m. and 6 p.m. EST. NASA Television is available on AMC-9, transponder 9C, C-Band, located at 85 degrees west longitude. The frequency is 3880.0 MHz. Polarization is vertical, and audio is monaural at 6.80 MHz.
