NASA Administrator Plans Stennis Media Briefing Thursday

NASA Administrator Sean O'Keefe plans to meet with reporters Thursday afternoon at Stennis Space Center (SSC) in Mississippi.

At 2 p.m. EST, Administrator O'Keefe will participate in an agency-wide meeting with NASA employees. The Administrator plans to hold a press briefing at approximately 3:45 p.m. EST at the SSC StenniSphere auditorium. Both SSC events will be carried live on NASA Television.

Reporters will be able to ask questions during the SSC press briefing at participating NASA Centers. Media representatives who want to attend the Stennis event should contact Lanee Cooksey by at 228/688-3341.

NASA TV is broadcast on AMC-2, transponder 9C, C-Band, located at 85 degrees west longitude. The frequency is 3880.0 MHz. Polarization is vertical and audio is monaural at 6.8 MHz.
