The webcast will begin with a presentation focusing on the International Space Station, followed by a live downlink with Astronauts on the ISS and students from the Air Force Academy and Jack Swigert Aerospace Academy in Colorado Springs, CO.  Following the downlink, students from across the nation will participate in a panel discussion with Astronauts Col Jim Dutton and Col Gary Payton, both graduates of the US Air Force Academy.  Watch it on the DLiNfo2 player above.  (The actual start and end time may shift based on the available ISS Downlink window.) 

goto webcast buttonApril 25, 2-3:00 PM EDT - NASA's Digital Learning Network™, the U.S. Department of State's Collaboratory, and Google’s Connected Classrooms invite educators and students to their Mission Mars Virtual Field Trip.  The online event will take place on Friday, April 25, 2014 from 2:00-3:00p.m. EDT, in conjunction with the 2014 USA Science and Engineering Festival in Washington, D.C.  This virtual event will feature a special lesson about Mars rovers, along with Google Hangout interactions among NASA experts and students worldwide.  Watch it live here on the DLiNfo Channel!

This special Digital Learning Network event will be a live interview from NASA's Kennedy Space Center to audiences across the country whose first language is Spanish. Learn about Soto's career path, challenges he faced, projects he has worked on at NASA and the future for students who want to become engineers. Koichi Wakata Music in Space

goto webcast buttonMay 2, 12:30-1:30 EDT:  The Johnson Space Center’s DLN and Public Affairs Office are thrilled to present another Music in Space event featuring Koichi Wakata on the International Space Station.  Students from Pearl Hall Elementary School Choir in Houston, TX will join Astronaut and flute player Cady Coleman, educator and flute player Jami Lupold,  violinist Sergei Galperein from the Houston Symphony, and violinist Kenji Williams on the ground at JSC for a StarJAM Session with Koichi contributing his talent live from the ISS.    (The actual start time may shift based on the available ISS Downlink Window.)
