The 1:25 Ares I cutaway model details the inner workings of the Ares I crew launch vehicle. The Ares I is the flagship of NASA’s new generation of safe, reliable and affordable space transportation systems. This new launch vehicle will be part of America’s capability to transport explorers back to the moon and onward to Mars and other destinations in the solar system, supporting the U.S. Space Exploration Policy. Incorporating a three-screen video presentation, the exhibit is ideal for technical shows, space conferences, museums and other community events.
