Registration: Summit, Banquet, and Hotel

Form" link below.
- The Summit will be held at the unclassified level, however, this is a closed Summit, restricted to U.S. citizens only.
- A government-issued photo ID will be required upon arrival at the WSTF security gate.
- Each person will need to be cleared to come on site before the Summit.
- Each person will register independently (i.e., one person per registration form).
- Note: when making travel arrangements, the closest airport is in El Paso, Texas.
- Hotel reservations are made separately (see below).
- Please allow extra time for processing upon arrival at WSTF the first morning of the Summit. Arrive between 7-7:30 a.m. A mandatory 15-min safety video will be shown, and time will be needed to check credentials and badge the 100+ Summit speakers and attendees.
- Guest wireless services will be made available during the Summit.
Summit and Banquet Fees
Registration for the Summit is mandatory for all attendees. Please complete and submit the registration form below
as soon as possible, but no later than
September 14, 2009.
There is no fee for the Summit; however, the
Welcome Banquet, to which everyone is encouraged to come, is $35 per person. The banquet is Tuesday, September 22, 2009, from 7-10 p.m. in the Hotel Encanto ballroom and is sponsored by Jacobs Technology Inc. Additional tickets for the banquet may be purchased via the registration form or, if available, at the door the night of the banquet.
Banquet fee includes:

of Tuesday, September 22, 2009, in the Hotel Encanto ballroom (see Registration Form).
