A fuel barge pulls up to a new A-3 Test Stand transfer dock during a July 9 test. Workers recently completed a pair of docks that will allow delivery of propellants (or fuels) to the new stand, which is being built to test the engines that will help humans go back to the moon as part of NASA's Constellation Program. In the July 9 test, a fuel barge was delivered to each dock (both visible) to ensure that pin anchoring systems had been properly constructed. In both instances, the barges fit into the mooring system perfectly.
