NASA engineers inspect the Fast, Affordable, Science and Technology Satellite, or FASTSAT, after successfully completing a comprehensive pre-shipment review. › Large (2848 x 4288, 300 ppi)
› Medium (516 x 777, 72 ppi)
› Small (100 x 75, 72 ppi)

FASTSAT is a small, microsatellite class spacecraft bus that will carry six experiment payloads to low-Earth orbit. One of FASTSAT's mission objectives is to demonstrate the spacecraft's ability to eject a nanosatellite from a microsatellite while avoiding re-contact with the FASTSAT satellite bus.
