Dr. Jen-Yi Jong, chairman of the board at AI Signal Research Inc. of Huntsville, Ala., shows off new features of the company’s “PC-Signal” diagnostic software. A new dynamic signal analysis tool within the software package -- used by NASA to analyze space shuttle main engine health and to aid development of the agency’s next-generation rocket, the Ares I -- has been awarded the 2009 “Software of the Year” award by NASA’s Marshall Space Flight Center in Huntsville.
