Seven Employees Retire from Fabrication
08.22.08
On August 21, the Fabrication Service Activity held a retirement social in the Reid Conference Center to honor Jim Bell, Eddie Carden, Alan Frizzell, Bruce Little, Ellwood Peele, Mike Tall and Wayne Williams.
Carden, who was the assistant branch head, retired on August 1 after 28 years at NASA Langley. He is going to a "Carden gathering" in September in England and plans to catch up on some "honey-do's."
Bell, Frizzell, Little, Tall, Williams and Peele also retired on Aug. 1.
Peele was a supervisory fabrication specialist who worked at NASA Langley for 34 years and 10 months. "There is never a dull moment at LaRC, and the hard-working folks here are great," said Peele. "I'm going to take some time off before I decide on my next 'action item.' "
