Four Employees Presented With Presidential Rank Award Certificates

Congratulations to Charles Harris, Peter Gnoffo, George Finelli and Leah Meisel. They were each awarded a Presidential Rank Award in 2007 and were recently presented their certificates from the U.S. Office of Personnel Management (OPM).
