One of the most important things we do as the Customer Satisfaction and Communication Team for the NASA Shared Services Center (NSSC) is communicate with our customers at the Centers and ensure correct information is reaching those who need it. To be successful, we realize we have to make the transfer of information convenient and efficient, because time is a valuable resource of every NASA employee.
