David C. Rosser, Jr. passed away on Dec. 29, 2007.

He was born in Farmville, Va., on Sept. 13, 1934, to the late Mr. and Mrs. David C. Rosser Sr. He attended Farmville High School and then continued his education at North Carolina State College and graduated with a degree in engineering. He retired from NASA after 43 years of service. He lived most of his life in Hampton Va., and was a well known business man.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society, 2730 Ellsmere Avenue, Norfolk, VA 23513. Friends are encouraged to visit www.mem.com to share words of comfort and memories with the family. Service arrangements are under the care of Parklawn-Wood Funeral Home, 2551 North Armistead Avenue, Hampton VA.
