Virginia Senator John Miller presents Senate Joint Resolution 112 commending NASA’s 50th Anniversary to NASA Langley Research Center Director Lesa Roe at the Virginia General Assembly Feb. 15. On behalf of NASA, Director Roe thanked Senator Miller for the Virginia General Assembly’s continued support of NASA and aerospace in Virginia.

Senator John Miller (VA-D-1), Senator Mamie Locke (VA-D-2), Senator Tommy Norment (VA-R-3) and Senator Ralph Northam (VA-D-6), co-sponsored the bill, which was unanimously agreed to by the Senate of Virginia Jan. 17 and by the House of Delegates Jan. 25. The resolution will be on display at NASA Langley and another copy will be on display at NASA Wallops Flight Facility. See full text:
