NASA Selects SAIC for Environmental Support Services at Langley

HAMPTON, Va. -- NASA has selected Science Applications International Corporation, San Diego, Calif., to provide comprehensive environmental support services to NASA's Langley Research Center in Hampton, Va.

The firm fixed price/indefinite delivery indefinite quantity contract has a maximum value of $7 million over five years.

Working with SAIC will be Analytical Services & Materials, Inc., and Universal Laboratories of Hampton, Va.; Reactive Management Corporation, Chesapeake, Va., and TMS Envirocon, Norfolk, Va.

Under the terms of the contract, SAIC and its subcontractors will ensure the center's compliance with all federal environmental regulations as well as Commonwealth and local statutes and regulations. Additionally, the team will seek out and implement opportunities to achieve and maintain pollution prevention activities.
