NOTE: The countdown for launch is set to begin at 3 p.m. today for a 2 1/2 hour launch window opening at 11:04 a.m. on Thursday, Aug. 31. Repairs to the solid rocket boosters, ordnance installation and aft engine compartment close-outs were completed over the weekend. The orbiter’s payload bay doors will be closed for flight tonight. Endeavour is scheduled to land at KSC. Release No. 84-95.
