KSC Release: 60-04

New KSC Official News Release E-Mail Takes Effect Aug. 10

The e-mail address for official news released by the Kennedy Space Center Public Affairs office will change effective August 10. The new address alias is "KSC News Center." Currently, electronic releases are sent under the personal address of "Buckingham, Bruce."

"This is a logical change given today’s news environment and the electronic e-mail security issues we deal with today," said Mike Rein, Chief, Media Services. "Our biggest challenge is transporting the size of the e-mail list to the new KSC News Center address. Over the years, the list has grown substantially and we appreciate everyone's patience during this migration."

Media organizations or individuals who feel they were left off the list after the migration can notify the newsroom staff at 321-867-2468 to be added to the list.
