Expendable Launch Vehicle Status Report
Media Advisory:
ATLAS/SOHO LAUNCH ADVISORY The launch of AC-121 with the SOHO spacecraft was scrubbed at 10:45 p.m. last night just prior to tower rollback due to the malfunction of an Atlas booster precision regulator. This regulator provides reference pressures to control thrust of the booster engines.
The precision regulator will require removal and replacement and a failure analysis. Launch has not definitely been rescheduled but will occur no earlier than Tuesday.
