Expendable Launch Vehicle Status Report
GOES-J/AC-77
May 19/Atlas I The GOES-J spacecraft arrived at KSC on Tuesday, Feb. 21 by C-5 aircraft and was taken to Astrotech to begin processing. Today a "match-mate" was performed which is a fit check of the spacecraft's compatiblity with the Centaur upper stage adapter. Next week spacecraft systems testing will begin. The Atlas Centaur (Atlas I) launch vehicle will be erected on Pad 36-B the first week in April.
