    • Baylor College of Medicine Outreach Tour
      A group of 90 students from the Baylor College of Medicine visited NASA Johnson Space Center for the Saturday Morning Science Community Outreach Program (SMSCOP). The visit was coordinated by PAO for Charles Bolden. The SMSCOP was designed to help middle through high school students from underserved areas in Houston get excited about math and science and eventually pursue careers in the biosciences.

    • Next-Generation Suborbital Researchers Conference
      University of Central Florida - Jeffrey R Davis, Director spoke at the 2011 Next Generation Suborbital Researchers Conference. Conference Overview: "A new generation of space vehicles capable of economically delivering payloads and researchers is coming on line. These vehicles will revolutionize space access by providing frequent, low-cost access to space and the capability to carry research and education crew members."
