JSC DIRECTOR JEFFERSON D. HOWELL JR. AVAILABLE FRIDAY TO DISCUSS REACTION TO PRESIDENT'S SPACE EXPLORATION VISION

Johnson Space Center Director Jefferson D. Howell Jr. will be available at 2:15 p.m. Friday to discuss the NASA team's reaction to the new space initiatives announced this week by President George W. Bush.

The availability will take place at the JSC public affairs office. Only media in attendance will be allowed to participate. The event will not be broadcast on NASA TV.

Interested media should contact the JSC Newsroom at (281) 483-5111 by 11 a.m. Friday to arrange credentials. Media wishing to attend will need to be in place at JSC by no later than 2 p.m.
