NASA Updates International Space Station Activities

NASA International Space Station officials will conduct a mission status briefing Friday at 3 p.m. EST. The briefing is at the Johnson Space Center, Houston.

NASA will provide updates on work being done in orbit by Expedition 8 Commander Mike Foale and Flight Engineer Alexander Kaleri. The briefing will be carried live on NASA Television with question-and-answer capability at participating NASA centers.

Briefing Participants: · William Gerstenmaier, International Space Station Program Manager · Joel Montalbano, Expedition 8 Lead Flight Director · Janice Voss, Expedition 8 Lead Increment Scientist

NASA Television is available on AMC-9, transponder 9C, C-Band, located at 85 degrees west longitude. The frequency is 3880.0 MHz. Polarization is vertical, and audio is monaural at 6.80 MHz. Briefing audio is available on voice circuit by calling: 321/867-1220/1240/1260.
