NOTE TO EDITORS: #N03-041 NASA Reschedules Space Station Crew Rotation Briefing The next crew rotation for the International Space Station is the subject of a press briefing rescheduled for 2 p.m. CDT on Thursday, April 17 at the Johnson Space Center, Houston. The briefing will be broadcast on NASA Television with multi-center question-and-answer capability for reporters at NASA centers.
The participants for the April 17 briefing are:

NASA Television is broadcast on AMC-2, Transponder 9C at 85 degrees West longitude, vertical polarization, with a frequency of 3880 MHz, and audio of 6.8 MHz.
