Morgan Media Availability Moved to Boise, Idaho

Due to scheduling considerations, the media availability previously announced for Tuesday, Jan. 20 with Barbara Morgan, an elementary school teacher from McCall, ID, who has been chosen to join the next astronaut candidate class as a mission specialist, has been moved from the Johnson Space Center, Houston, TX, to Boise, ID.

At 2 p.m. EST on Tuesday, Jan. 20, Morgan will be available for media questions at the DoubleTree Hotel Riverside, 2900 Chinden Blvd, Boise, ID. Due to time constraints there will be limited opportunities for individual interviews. Beginning Monday media representatives may contact NASA Public Affairs Officer David Steitz through the hotel at 208/343-1871. The event will not be carried on NASA Television.
