RELEASE: 93-087

ALLIEDSIGNAL SELECTED FOR TEAM CONTRACT AT WSTF

NASA's Johnson Space Center, Houston, has selected AlliedSignal Technical Services Corp., Houston, to begin final contract negotiations for the Test, Evaluation, Analysis and Maintenance (TEAM) contract for the White Sands Test Facility

(WSTF), Las Cruces, N.M.

The total proposed cost and fee of the 5-year contract effort is approximately $166 million. The 5-year contract effort, beginning Feb.1, 1994, will be divided into a 3-year base period and one 2-year option period. The award will be a continuation of the effort currently being performed by Lockheed Engineering and Sciences Co., Houston.

The effort to be performed under the TEAM contract will be test, evaluation and maintenance services, including the operation and maintenance of various propulsion test stands, a materials and components laboratory and engineering support and

administrative services for WSTF.
