Astronaut Selection and Training
NASA accepts applications for the Astronaut Candidate Program on a continuous basis. Candidates are selected as needed, normally every two years, for pilot and mission specialist categories. Both civilian and military personnel are considered for the program.

NASA Faculty Fellowship Program
The NASA Faculty Fellowship Program hosts 10-week summer on-site fellowships at the Johnson Space Center and the White Sands Training Facility in New Mexico for full-time engineering and science educators from U.S. colleges and universities.

JSC Co-op Student Program
The Cooperative Education Program at JSC is open to graduate and undergraduate students from around the country. Co-ops regularly alternate semesters at school with semesters at JSC working in a paid, full-time position directly related to their field of study.
