NASA Administrator Sean O'Keefe will outline the agency Transformation, which is an important component of the final report from the Commission on Implementation of U.S. Space Exploration Policy, to news media representatives on Thursday, June 24, beginning at 3 p.m.
Media representatives are invited to view the live televised broadcast, which originates from NASA Headquarters in Washington, DC, in the Administration Building Foyer at NASA's Glenn Research Center. Administrator O'Keefe will answer questions from members of the news media covering the event from NASA field centers.
Local media representatives interested in participating in the briefing at Glenn need to call the Media Relations Office at 216-433-2901 by 2 p.m. on June 24 in order to be cleared through security.
The briefing will be carried live on NASA Television, and on the Internet at: http://www.nasa.gov
NASA TV is available on AMC-9, transponder 9C, C-Band, located at 85 degrees west longitude. The frequency is 3880.0 MHz. Polarization is vertical, and audio is monaural at 6.80 MHz. Audio of the broadcast is available on voice circuit at: 216/867-1220/1240/1260.
