Space Subcommittee Field Hearing on "NASA and Private Industry: Sharing Technology"

WHAT:

Space Subcommittee Field Hearing to explore the strategic roles played by the federal government and private industry in technology development and technology transfer.

The hearing will address the role that NASA's Lewis Research Center will play in NASA's overall plan, as well as address outreach into the local business community.

WHO:

Those testifying include: Dr. Wesley L. Harris, Associate Administrator, Office of Aeronautics, NASA Headquarters; Lawrence J. Ross, Director, NASA Lewis Research Center; and Frank E. Mosier, Chairman of Ohio Science and Technology Council and Technology Leadership Council for Northeast Ohio, Cleveland Growth Association. Others testifying will include representatives of small business and academia.
