A young boy writes "NASA" in chalk at NASA Glenn's open house on May 18. More than 21,000 people attended the event, which included research facility tours, exhibits, an astronaut meet and greet, and plenty of educational activities for kids. Visitors had the opportunity to walk through a wind tunnel, peer into a drop tower and see the upper-stage of a test rocket that is part of NASA's mission to send astronauts back to the moon. NASA Glenn's Plum Brook Station will host its own open house on May 31 and June 1. Don't miss your chance to tour the world's largest vacuum chamber and explore a rocket test facility.
