
Volunteers play a vital role in helping the Visitor Center reach its goals. They are part of a team that communicates NASA's vision and mission and educates the public on NASA Glenn's events, achievements and contributions to our nation's space program.

Volunteers serve as lobby desk aides, docents, amateur radio volunteers, publications assistants, Speakers Bureau assistants, clerical assistants, exhibits assistants and Educator Resource Center assistants.
Requirements:
Volunteers must be U.S. citizens, at least 16 years of age and be able to donate 4 to 5 hours per week using one or more of the following interests or skills:
- Enjoy working with people
- Have a knack for communicating with others
- Have some public speaking and/or teaching skills
